- Account support (billing/invoicing)
- Product support
We use the information that you have given us in order to manage software licences that you have purchased from us, and for communicating with you about account and product support. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

- We have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is stored at our office on secure media. It is securely deleted upon request, or within 12 months after product support has contractually expired (whichever the sooner).
